As of September 2011

Below are some of the hotels and related businesses currently offered or advertised for sale in Belize. It is not intended to be a comprehensive list; many owners, while not actively trying to sell their properties, would sell if the right offer came along. Several restaurants are also included, but again this is not a complete list. All asking prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices are those set by the owner and in some cases may bear little relationship to actual market value. Most properties, if they sell at all, do not sell at full asking price. Properties listed with real estate agencies may be listed at several different prices.

Of the 29 properties here that have been for sale for at least two years, 22 have recently reduced their asking prices, typically by 10% to 20%, while two have increased the asking price, and the other prices have remained the same.
